Frequently asked questions
How our used OEM parts are sourced, inspected, matched to your VIN and shipped, and what happens if something isn't right.
What exactly does Nexxa Auto do?
Nexxa Auto Parts locates, inspects, and ships used OEM auto parts from real salvage vehicles to customers across the United States. Every part is VIN-verified for fitment compatibility and backed by a warranty of up to 90 days.
Where do Nexxa Auto's parts come from?
Parts are sourced from real donor vehicles at salvage yards and auto recyclers across the US. All parts are OEM — original equipment from the vehicle's manufacturer — not generic aftermarket replacements.
How does Nexxa Auto verify a part fits my car?
We use your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to cross-reference the part against your exact vehicle spec — year, make, model, trim, and engine. Our experts also manually confirm fitment before shipping.
Are Nexxa Auto's used parts tested and inspected?
Yes. Every part goes through a multi-point physical inspection before being listed. We check for damage, wear, and function, and we log the mileage from the donor vehicle so you have full transparency.
Do you ship used auto parts to Canada?
Yes. We ship OEM used parts to Canadian addresses. Shipping cost and transit time are confirmed in your quote, and customs duties or taxes may apply on import. See our Canada page for how ordering works.
What happens if the used part doesn't work?
Nexxa Auto covers every part with a warranty of up to 90 days. If the part fails or doesn't fit your vehicle, we replace it or issue a full refund — no diagnostic fees, no restocking charges, no complications.
